OVERVIEW

The Office Support Specialist at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency. This position encompasses a range of vital tasks including managing electronic health records, fostering community relationships, and executing general administrative functions to enhance program efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute opening and closing tasks for designated areas
  • Draft and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Oversee the electronic health record management system
  • Facilitate the coordination of agency documentation, materials, and printing needs
  • Respond to phone inquiries and welcome visitors and staff
  • Support the development of Care Plans for consumers of Red Rock Health Team
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments effectively

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with vocational or business training preferred
  • Relevant Associate's Degree is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience in community service environments
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications
