Communication Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team in Odessa, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language pathology and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with clear goals and objectives.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
