- Build positive relationships and maintain a therapeutic environment through various methods.
- Complete documentation to ensure compliance and billing.
- Apply foundational teaching skills to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Work or life experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field is a plus.
- Ability to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License may be required depending on the position.
