- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in medication administration and personal care.
- Certifications: Medication Administration training/certification per state requirements, CPR certification, and ability to meet all health requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Walking and Standing: Must be able to continuously walk and stand.
- Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of weights between 11-50 pounds.
- Pushing and Pulling: Must be able to push and pull weights of up to 100 pounds, with frequent pushing and pulling of weights between 11-50 pounds.
- Climbing and Bending: Must be able to climb stairs and bend at the waist, knees, hips, and spine on a frequent basis.
