Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman

Cosco Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technical individual with a strong focus on quality and customer service to help us grow our offering in Colorado Springs. As a Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all types of fixed fire extinguishing systems, including fire sprinkler, fire suppression, and other fire protection equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain all types of fixed fire extinguishing systems, including fire sprinkler, fire suppression, and other fire protection equipment.
  • Acquire and maintain all required local licensure, including City of Colorado Springs and State of CO.
  • Install and service a variety of other fire protection equipment, including standpipes, fire pumps, foam systems, clean agent systems, and underground fire supply piping.
  • Conduct work in a safe manner, utilizing all required PPE, safe work practices, etc.
  • Travel within the states of Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico to work job sites as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to become/be a member of the UA Local Union 669.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience is required.
  • Job Foreman experience a plus.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, including working outdoors, hot/cold weather, etc.
