Position Overview
This announcement is for an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) role within the Computer Service Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for various IT and Data Center operations, including inventory management, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior IT Specialists to assess customer requirements.
- Employ troubleshooting techniques to resolve basic IT system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business functions.
- Apply customer support principles to act as a technical analyst, addressing and resolving straightforward customer inquiries.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience:
- For GS-7: One year of experience equivalent to GS-5 level, including roles in IT support and program management.
- For GS-9: One year of experience equivalent to GS-7 level, with a focus on IT systems and project collaboration.

Competencies Required
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates thoroughness and conscientiousness in work.
- Customer Service: Engages effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Oral Communication: Communicates ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences.

Additional Information
