Job Title: Systems Engineer

Vision IT is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex systems to meet organizational standards and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to develop cost-efficient systems for various projects.
  • Ensure maximum operational efficiency across manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Travel to program sites as required for project support.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience leading projects in systems engineering or a related skill area.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
