Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Support Representative to enhance our Inside Sales Team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management, inventory oversight, and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Inside Sales team with backend operations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.
- Coordinate and communicate orders for key accounts.
- Conduct onsite inventory management using company resources.
- Organize essential documentation, including quality assurance records and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with process controls and auditing standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of division operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
