Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Support Representative to enhance our Inside Sales Team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management, inventory oversight, and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Inside Sales team with backend operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate orders for key accounts.
  • Conduct onsite inventory management using company resources.
  • Organize essential documentation, including quality assurance records and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with process controls and auditing standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of division operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
