About the Role

AutoNation is seeking a skilled Endpoint Technician to join our team. As an Endpoint Technician, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our associates, overseeing enterprise End User Computing devices, and ensuring that all desktops OS and applications are current, reliable, tuned, and accessible in accordance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, administer, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, Citrix VDI, iOS, and MacOS environments.
  • Create software packages via various methods using Tanium for Desktop/Laptop environments.
  • Assist with Windows desktop OS, Citrix VDI, iOS, and MacOS customization of features and enhancements.
  • Provide tier three support across the enterprise for issues related to the Windows desktop OS/VDI/iOS/MacOS and applications.
  • Evaluate new products/services and provide effective solutions to meet business and client needs.
Requirements
  • Experience managing and supporting Windows desktop OS, MacOS, managed endpoint administration at scale across an enterprise-sized environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Windows Desktop OS architecture, packaging, scripting, and automated deployment tools (Workspace ONE, Tanium, MDT, PowerShell, etc.).
  • VDI support experience.
  • MDM support experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills.
