Hireio, Inc. seeks a System Reliability Engineer to join its Compute Platform team.

About the Role

This role involves ensuring the reliability and uptime of all Big Data services and products across the company by designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Implement high-availability systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues
  • Develop monitoring tools and scripts to ensure system stability
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of Linux, computer networking, and databases
  • Proficient in common SRE/DevOps open-source toolsets, system monitoring tools, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Experience with open-source or commercial technologies such as ClickHouse, Hadoop, Doris, Spark, Presto, and Kubernetes
  • Strong coding skills in at least one scripting or programming language, including but not limited to Python, Shell, Java, Go, etc.
