Licensing Requirements: Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License Necessary
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell the full range of products and services offered by the agency.
- Act as a representative of the company in all business-related activities.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Conduct follow-up communications with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely processing of renewal quotes and follow-ups.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
Participate in ongoing sales training as required.
Design and implement campaigns to enhance agency performance and organize customer appreciation events.
Ensure the agency environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies.
Daily Operations:
Maintain accurate records and reports on a daily basis.
Reconcile daily deposits at the end of each shift.
Prepare and submit daily or nightly deposits as required.
Required:
- Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in typing and computer usage for data entry
- Ability to assist customers, provide information, and process transactions efficiently and courteously.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
*Management experience is essential for leadership roles.
