Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver medical equipment to patient rooms or designated areas in a patient-ready condition, complete with necessary software, accessories, and disposables.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding equipment features, functionality, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide high-quality service, adhere to quality standards, and meet customer and company metrics.
  • Pick up, clean, and process medical equipment, preparing it for patient use in accordance with company and hospital protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required, with prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
