Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Service Specialist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a Family Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to 15-20 youth and families, ensuring their needs are met and they receive adequate support and resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized permanency plans, working closely with youth, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Conduct home visits, school visits, and other community-based interventions to assess and address the needs of youth and families.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services are provided to youth and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case management activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social service discipline, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Experience in case management, youth services, or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
