Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Funeral Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mortuary location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in funeral service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the mortuary location
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase community engagement
* Oversee budgeting, facilities management, and fleet management
* Lead and train staff to ensure high-quality funeral services
* Recruit and hire qualified staff members
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Ability to lift 30lbs and occasionally 50lbs
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* General Supervision
* NMRLD Board of Funeral Service license or above (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
