El Centro Family Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide affordable and accessible quality health care to the people of Northern New Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Nurse Director.
  • Conduct patient assessments as ordered by the Provider and take verbal and written orders from the Provider.
  • Perform wound care, assist with procedures, and provide essential patient care within the limitations and guidelines of the New Mexico State Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus completion of an accredited course of study in licensed practical nursing.
  • Current and valid New Mexico LPN licensure.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a clinical setting.
