Description

The King Kamehameha Golf Club, managed by Troon International, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor/ F&B Admin to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to guests and maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
  • Act as a liaison between wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked restaurant, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Assist in coordinating special functions and events.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, and house counts.
  • Assist in the completion of revenue reports, production reports, and other reports as needed.
  • Perform daily activities, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical/cashier duties.
  • Assist in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Assist in monitoring business volume forecast and planning accordingly.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of related experience.
  • Must be able to meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous golf course and/or club experience is a plus.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Alcohol Awareness Training, Food safety and sanitation training.
