Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Perform repairs and replacements of parts, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair; experience with heavy duty equipment and vehicles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
