Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Employnet Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2-year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks (Preferred, Not Required).
Work Environment:
The Fleet Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced mechanics. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
