About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a key member of our Asset Protection and Security department, you will play a critical role in protecting our business from shrink and ensuring the integrity of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct investigations into potential shrinkage and inventory discrepancies, with a focus on concealed product/label switching.
  • Analyze data and conduct audits to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to mitigate risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on key issues causing shrink, including improper keying of product, case/unit issues, and quantity key usage.
  • Develop and deliver results-driven strategies to reduce losses through policy guidance, education, and process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
