Department: Homeless Services - Kenton Women's Village
Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours/week); Non-exempt
Reports to: Homeless & Transitional Housing Supervisor
Location: Onsite at Kenton Women's Village
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday
Compensation: $20.81 - $22.37 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach, screening, and selection processes for village residents; manage casework aimed at securing permanent housing and ensuring ongoing housing stability.
- Oversee property management and maintenance of site services.
- Assist in the completion of necessary documentation and records for the Village.
- Deliver daily client services to participants, including outreach, case management, housing placement, and retention support.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in social services or 3 years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of case management experience, including connecting clients to medical and mental health services.
- CPR/Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification is required.
- Preferred experience working with women facing homelessness and demonstrated cultural competency.
