Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Organize program materials and document attendance, incidents, and observations
  • Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being of all children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Passing of Pre-employment Proficiency Test
