- Account Management: Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to provide personalized service.
- Administrative Support: Process accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable functions, as well as perform data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service Center, regional, and corporate teams to ensure seamless customer service and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and report analysis.
