Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, group therapy, and individual therapy sessions to clients, adhering to our policies and procedures and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, social services, and law enforcement agencies, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal client outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction and retention targets, as well as attendance and billing metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement changes as directed by auditors in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Valid LADC/ADC-T licensure in the state of MN
  • At least 1 year of experience in addiction counseling
  • Thorough understanding of MN Statutes related to providing services for individuals with substance use disorders
  • CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Pass a background check
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite programs
  • Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment and evidence-based therapies (e.g., DBT-SUD, CBT, MI)
  • Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Procentive)
