About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bath & Body Works in Tampa Premium Outlets. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing outstanding associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Teach, coach, and train associates to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, manage expenses, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
