Position Summary: The Grunt Style Retail Keyholder plays a vital role in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it functions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in overseeing store inventory management.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing educational support for team development.
  • Implement promotional events tailored to the retail store.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space.
  • Execute business strategies aimed at attracting new clientele.
  • Safeguard and mentor team members to prevent loss.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in computer and technology use, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic administrative skills such as printing and scanning.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to analyze sales data.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of the Grunt Style brand and ethos.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide training and continuous improvement mentorship to team members.

Physical Demands: This position is active and requires minimal sitting.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time role, with flexible hours during business operations.
