About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Tampa Premium Outlets location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and inspiring a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
