Advanced Practice Provider

Ashland Clinic is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Adult Family Medicine/Internal Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide high-quality patient care.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
This is a full-time clinic position with a 0.8-1.0 FTE schedule, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their scope of practice and will be joining an enthusiastic, engaged team of providers dedicated to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, co-workers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Experience in Adult Family Medicine/Internal Medicine preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
