Sales Support Specialist

FusionTech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of queries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales campaigns, including follow-up calls, to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Monitor market and competition trends to stay ahead of the competition and inform sales strategies.
  • Research and analyze bidding portals, particularly IBAU, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate sales information to the Sales Director and Field Sales team, ensuring alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Manage the CRM system (SALESFORCE) to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Oversee the document management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating and Field Sales departments to prepare quotes and follow up on sales leads.
  • Assist with contract negotiations, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for management and accounting, providing insights into sales performance and customer trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and document management software.
