Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at FusionTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and requirements to provide tailored support and solutions.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports to management and accounting teams, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and document management software.
