About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator
  • Shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage skills and technology to impact patient wellbeing

Requirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • ACLS and NRP within six months of hire
  • WHONN FHM and STABLE within the first year
  • Two to three years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
  • BSN preferred
  • Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • RNC-OB and/or RNC-EFM certification preferred
