Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Community Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, night shift position that requires every third weekend. We offer a competitive salary, a $30,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, and a range of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting
  • Act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel
  • Manage patient loads in assigned timelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two to three years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • ACLS and NRP within six months of hire
