Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of care, including pain management, breathing techniques, and postpartum care.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Two to three years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
  • ACLS and NRP certification within six months of hire.
  • WHONN FHM and STABLE certification within the first year.
