- Patient Advocacy and Support: Advocate for patients' rights and preferences, ensuring informed consent and involvement in decision-making.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Experience: Previous experience in pediatric nursing or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
