Strategic Technology Architect

Halmar International seeks a skilled Solutions Architect to enhance our IT capabilities and drive business growth. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing robust technology solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our operational efficiency and scalability.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, efficient IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into our IT landscape.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within our IT infrastructure and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in query languages (e.g., T-SQL, KQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and their integration, as well as experience with ETL/ELT patterns for data processing and transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Logic Apps and Power Apps is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Trimble Vista software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to join our dynamic team at Halmar International.
