Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Specialist Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to task assignment and management staff for Program Administration and Deployment processes.

  • Ensures data entry, scheduling medical appointments, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating CRC appointments, processing visas, and facilitating the issuance of LOAs and CACs.

  • Collaborates and communicates with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, and other relevant groups.

  • Takes direction from more senior personnel and collaborates and shares work with other Management Specialist II.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • 5 or more (5+) years of position-specific relevant experience.

  • If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.

  • If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires a Secret

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
