Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team and drive our expansion efforts in the Twin Cities market. As a key member of our senior executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding our company's reach, and generating sales/revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance our presence in the Twin Cities market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of the Twin Cities market and its key players
