Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Advanced Electronics Assembler for our first shift.
- Working Hours - 7:00am-3:30pm
- Starting Compensation - $19.27/hour
- Execute a diverse range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
- Adhere to a standard sequence of operations while performing daily responsibilities, including hand soldering, wiring, and component installation on assembly units.
- Conduct rework and quality assurance testing as needed.
- Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Utilize electronic documentation to follow established assembly procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, ethics, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Occasional overtime may be required to achieve production targets.
- Proficient in hand soldering of electronic components and printed circuit boards.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to read, follow, and execute standardized assembly tasks using electronic work instructions.
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to defined processes and timelines.
- Familiarity with tools such as hand soldering equipment, PCBA component preparation tools, wire strippers, torque drivers, and lifting fixtures.
- Self-motivated in a collaborative team setting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- High School Diploma/GED or at least 1 year of verified relevant experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Prior hand soldering experience or a willingness to acquire this skill.
