Senior Manufacturing Planner

At Natus Medical, we are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
The Senior Manufacturing Planner will be responsible for developing production schedules, monitoring raw material availability, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing production schedules and monitoring raw material availability
• Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• Analyzing operational data to help plan capacity for plant operations
• Influencing others to improve quality, efficiency, and overall performance
• Participating in and leading transitions into Middleton
• Reconciling manufacturing variances
• Leading the rev-to-go analysis for the site
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Engineering
• Experience with MRP/ERP and Agile (or other PLM software)
• Ability to analyze operational data to help plan capacity for plant operations
• Ability to influence others to improve quality, efficiency, and overall performance
Preferred Skills:
• 5-7 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus
• Certification and proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects, is a plus
Travel Required: Minimal
