About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Registering Patients: Welcome patients to our office, register them for appointments, and verify their insurance information.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as collecting co-pays, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or medical office experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical office software.
