Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct projects, including the G.R.O.W (Get Rid Of Waste) initiative, aimed at process enhancement and waste minimization, leveraging Lean principles.
  • Evaluate existing workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy solutions that optimize operations and elevate organizational performance.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to create and execute continuous improvement strategies.
  • Track project milestones, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Deliver training and guidance on Lean methodologies to team members, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Assess and communicate project results, showcasing the impact on efficiency, cost savings, and overall business outcomes.
  • Develop engaging visual management tools, including charters, project plans, and presentations for various organizational levels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Project Management with an emphasis on Continuous Improvement and Lean tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and drive improvements in a growth-focused environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record in leading or contributing significantly to Organizational Cost Savings initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a skilled trades, construction, or residential services organization focused on growth.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Lean Tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Management Systems.
