Executive Team Leader

The Executive Team Leader role at Glory Day's is a critical position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills. As the head of our restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members comply with our company policy and procedures. This includes training new hires, maintaining safety and food quality standards, and keeping customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: You will be responsible for training new staff members to ensure they are familiar with our restaurant procedures and protocols. This includes onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training and support, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Operations Management: As the head of our restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in our kitchen and dining areas. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely, and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Customer Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have an exceptional dining experience at Glory Day's. This includes managing the front-of-house team, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all customer feedback is documented and acted upon.
- Cash Management: You will be responsible for managing the daily cash flow of our restaurant, including handling cash transactions, managing our cash reserves, and ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.
- Scheduling: You will be responsible for creating and managing the schedules for our front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing new staff members, ensuring that we are attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry.
- Performance Management: You will be responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits
As the Executive Team Leader at Glory Day's, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and a bonus structure based on your performance.
