Our team specializes in delivering comprehensive care for patients dealing with both benign and malignant breast conditions. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, a collaborative team member, and possess a compassionate approach to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications include being a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with experience as an operating room assistant.
  • The team consists of three breast surgeons, one Physician Assistant, and one Nurse Practitioner.
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will serve as the primary assistant in surgical procedures while also managing inpatient care during service periods.
  • Clinical duties will encompass caring for patients with benign breast issues and overseeing post-operative care.
  • The work schedule primarily consists of weekdays in the clinic and operating room, with occasional night call for established patients only.
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited institution and certification as required by the specialty are mandatory, along with eligibility for licensure in Idaho as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses must be obtained and maintained.
