Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy technology and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
