We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely estimates for their vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage
- Accurately estimate the cost of repairs using industry-standard software
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide updates on the status of their vehicle
- Work closely with our repair team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as company goals and objectives
- 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry-standard estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
