Client Relationship Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Openlane and work closely with independent car dealerships to provide financing solutions. This role involves managing accounts, analyzing data, and driving positive customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize customer relationship management tools to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Promote product solutions and campaigns based on dealer needs and goals.
    • Engage in performance-related discussions to enhance dealer growth and success.
    • Manage and mitigate risk on customer accounts to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Identify and drive new growth opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within the market.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.
  • Proficiency in technology, including mobile applications and software.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability and responsibility.
