If so, we encourage you to apply for our Traffic Control Flagger position at AWP Safety. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all and effectively manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.

This position offers a salary range of $15.00 to $15.75/hour based on experience. With our rapid advancement opportunities, you can progress to Senior Protector in just 4 months, with further growth potential to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles. Our comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, paid holidays, paid sick time, EAP, daily pay option, health insurance, and 401k opt-in. To succeed in this role, you must be able to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs. Additionally, you will need a valid driver's license, experience driving, and be willing to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
