About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced RF Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards for highly integrated monolithic and multi-chip solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in the development of new-to-the-world ultra-high speed RF CMOS SOC's and MCM's for a wide range of high frequency commercial, military, and aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design boards with analog bandwidths exceeding 20+ GHz and digital data rates up to 30 Gbps
• Develop printed circuit boards using Cadence OrCAD and Allegro software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in RF hardware design and development
• Proficiency in Cadence OrCAD and Allegro software
• Strong understanding of RF circuit design and analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
