Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in transmission line design (a Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience).
  • Possession of a Professional Engineering license (PE).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead project teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE software.
  • Prior experience in consulting or utility sectors is preferred.
