About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Interpret company policies and enforce OSHA and company safety regulations
  • Assign duties and establish work procedures to meet production schedules
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to read English and follow written procedures
