About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst Marketing to join our team at Verizon. As a key member of our Digital and Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business action through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and create data visualizations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that inform decision making across Verizon Business Group.
  • Work with multiple sources of data to identify the best way to connect data sets and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Craft results presentations and regular communications for senior management that provide key business insights.
  • Customize each presentation to specific audiences based on background and knowledge of data presented.
  • Mine media, customer journey, and lead data to highlight performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Turn raw data into logical information for reporting, dashboarding, and visualization.
Requirements
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in an analytical/statistical focused position, ideally related to media, marketing, and demand generation.
  • Experience providing recommendations to stakeholders, partners, and business leadership within a matrixed organization.
  • Data visualization experience, building visually appealing and compelling presentations.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and SQL.
  • Advanced business degree or equivalent experience.
